Instructions

Prior to replacing or disposing of your defective unit, follow these instructions to ensure the correct accessories are removed from the defective HP e-All-in-One printer.

WARNING: Please leave the print cartridges in the unit when returning the product to HP. The replacement unit includes a new set of print cartridges.
  1. Unplug the power cord from the rear of the unit, and then remove and keep the following accessories:

    a) Power cord

    b) USB (Universal Serial Bus) cable

    c) Memory cards

    d) Product manuals and CD

  2. Keep the accessories mentioned above to use with the replacement product.

  3. Power on the replacement product and test all product functions.
