DESCRIPTION

The notebook stops responding (or "freezes") during the startup sequence if certain USB devices, such as an external USB Smartcard Reader or a USB ActiveKey stick, are connected to the USB 3.0 port. This issue may occur with BIOS version F.20, and any prior to version F.26, installed.

This issue is not specific to any single operating system since it occurs during POST.
