This package contains the Renesas USB 3.0 driver. This driver is available for supported notebook models with supported operating systems.
To remove the previous driver:

1. From the Control Panel:
- Open "Add/Remove Programs" in systems running Microsoft Windows XP.
- Open "Uninstall a program" in systems running Microsoft Windows Vista or Windows 7.

2. Locate one of the possible USB 3.0 drivers installed on the computer.
- Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver
- NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver

3. Uninstall the USB 3.0 driver:
- Click "Remove" in Windows XP.
- Click "Uninstall" in Windows Vista or Windows 7.

4. Restart the computer after uninstalling the previous driver.

5. Install the updated USB 3.0 driver.

To install the updated driver:

1. Download the file by clicking the "Download" or "Obtain Software" button and saving the file to a folder on your hard drive (make a note of the folder where the downloaded file is saved).

2. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

not detected when connected to the system using the USB 3.0 port.
- Fixes an intermittent issue where a system running Microsoft Windows XP does

HOW TO USE:
